GORE VIDAL, The American Essayist,Novelist,Playwright, Screenwriter,Politician,Polit ical-Commentator and Celebrity Died Tuesday Evening At His Home In Hollywood Hills,LA,USA.
He was 86 and had been ill for a couple of months.His death was caused by Pneumonia as described by his nephew,Burr Streets.

Born In The Cedat Hospital In An American Army Academy,West Point,NY,USA, GORE VIDAL inheritated his passion for politics and his interests in reading n understanding the issues of national and internation import From his Grandfather While living with himin a suburb of Washington DC.HisGrandfather was a CONGRESSMANwho was blind and thus supported by the boy,GORE who would take him to the floor of the house and would listen to him about the politics and other things with a rapt attention.GOREVIDAL started to utilize his grandpa's rich library while still aschool goer at st.albans',washingtonDC.

GORE VIDAL HAD TO WAIT TILL HISTHIRD NOVEL, 'THE CITY AND THE PILLAR' ,WHICH MADE HIM A LITERARY STAR AND CAUSED NUMEROUS CONTROVERSIES AND CENSORS THAT COMPELLED HIM TO WRITE SOME OF HIS NEXT BOOKS UNDER PSEUDONYMS,Viz. - 'EDGAR BOX' . .!
